BAR PALACE
With its animated crowd of locals and guests, the hotel’s vibrant Bar Palace is the perfect place to chill out and relax. Once a favorite watering hole of Ernest Hemingway - a fan of its excellent cocktails - and Salvador Dali, the buzzy bar maintains a happening profile.
Its interior is reminiscent of a traditional English gentleman’s club, with polished wood walls illuminated by the soft glow of pleated-shade lamps and sea green-leather club chairs grouped around low tables.
The tempting drinks list features an extensive range of premium labels and cocktails ranging from old favorites to more recent creations such as the irresistible Golden Palace - a fruity combination of rum, Cointreau, apple liqueur and Grand Marnier. For a ringside seat of the mixologists working their magic guests can perch on leather stools at the bar.
The Bar Palace is also an excellent place to sample some of Spain’s wonderful wines by the glass, while its large selection of Champagne and Spanish cava will tempt those in celebratory mood to continue their revelry into the night.
