The French cuisine stars, throughout the month of November, on the stoves of The Westin Palace, Madrid. David Réal, Executive Chef of the Westin Paris-Vendôme Hotel, presents his personal take on the evolution of the Nouvelle Cuisine with a selection of dishes that are highly representative of refined Gala cuisine.
